Vim + Vigor - Milwaukee, WI

Located in the historic Brewery District of Milwaukee, Vim + Vigor is a mixed-use urban infill consisting of new construction of two buildings on two separate blocks creating 274 units. The North residential block includes a 67-stall surface lot and a 40,000 SF, 107-stall pre-cast parking structure at grade level. Building amenities include workout facility, brewery room, workspaces and a coffee bar with an outdoor courtyard. The South residential block includes 6,000 SF of grade level retail space. The project required a high-degree of on-site supervision and thorough communication to coordinate phased construction and turnover. The efforts resulted in the owner leasing concurrent with construction. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and a minimal final punch list.
