The 348,000 SF multi-family development is the second phase of the Emerald Row Apartments development within Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek. The project consists of two four-story buildings with below grade parking and brings 240 apartments to the market. Beginning in September 2019, environmental conditions required the team to drive more than 1,600 geopiers to stabilize the soil and yield proper soil bearing for construction. The site also sits directly across from the Oak Creek City Hall, requiring consistent and transparent communication with the City regarding progress updates and permitting for road closures for heavy machinery and material procurement.
