Forge & Flare Apartments - Oak Creek, WI

Forge + Flare is new construction of two four-story, mixed-use buildings within the Drexel Town Square. The development features a variety of tenants on the ground floor including restaurants and retail space and three residential floors above. The white-box build-out of the commercial spaces required anticipation of MEPF fixture placement for future tenant needs for various purposes in addition to foresight of the buildings’ structure and rooftop to support heavy commercial equipment. On-site supervision of work includes deep foundations to allow for construction of a pre-cast concrete podium which accommodates underground parking with structural steel framing the ground level commercial spaces.
