Village 43 reflects that approach. Developed by F Street Development, designed by RINKA+, and engineered by Pinnacle Engineering Group, the completed 203,000 SF market-rate community introduced eight garden-style townhome apartment buildings and resident amenities while supporting the continued revitalization of downtown Brown Deer.
Greenfire provided construction management services from preconstruction through final completion, working closely with the project team to coordinate phased construction, site logistics, infrastructure, utilities, and turnover sequencing. Delivering the clubhouse first and completing residential buildings in planned phases supported leasing activities while construction continued, requiring consistent collaboration among the owner, design team, trade partners, and municipal stakeholders.
Village 43 also represents the continued growth of Greenfire’s relationship with F Street Development and RINKA+. Since completing the community, the team has partnered again on The Axis Apartments in West Allis, demonstrating the value of established relationships built on trust, communication, and consistent project delivery.
Brown Deer remains an important part of that story. Greenfire recently completed Woodale Crossing nearby and is currently providing construction management services for Riverside Landing, another redevelopment that continues the Village’s investment in new housing and long-term economic growth.
