Stitchweld - Bay View, WI

Stitchweld is the new construction of a four building, 291-unit apartment community located in a compact, urban environment. The new development utilized phased construction of buildings to allow for consistent tenant leasing on an active site which required a high degree of on-site supervision to maintain a safe and productive jobsite. The project was completed on a fast-track schedule with significant preplanning in order to establish a firm schedule and budget prior to completion of design.
