Tivoli Green - Mount Pleasant, WI

Tivoli Green is the new construction of a multi-townhome development. The multi-phased project includes site grading, construction of access roads and a clubhouse along with two phases of 13 multifamily townhomes. Greenfire was brought on early as part of the development team to assist with master planning for present and future development, building layout, and sequencing. The team reworked the schedule to turn over 20-unit townhomes one month after the previous. The units are fitted with high-end furnishings, manicured landscaping, and residential amenities bringing a much needed supply of quality housing to the community.
