At InDevelopment in Oshkosh, Greenfire joined conversations about how we build more across Northeast Wisconsin—from multi-family housing and mixed-use development to commercial spaces and renovations. Presented by Insight Publications in partnership with New North, InDevelopment brings together developers, business leaders, municipal representatives, investors and industry professionals. Keynotes, panels and networking focus on the trends, challenges, partnerships and resources that help move projects from concept to completion.
Greenfire was the reception sponsor during the event that created space for conversations about what communities need, how projects are moving forward and where partnerships can support future investment. At Greenfire’s table, attendees were invited to check out what else is in our toolbox, showing the range of project experience beyond multi-family.
The UW-Oshkosh setting connected the program to Greenfire’s work in Oshkosh. Greenfire managed construction of the mechanical upgrades at UW-Oshkosh. Across the Fox Valley, Greenfire’s projects include the Brio Building, a mixed-use development with Oshkosh Food Co-op; Residences at Zuelke; and Solhaven Grand Chute, where apartment construction is nearing completion.
These projects span housing, mixed-use development, commercial space and campus modernization. That range matters to owners and developers evaluating a construction management partner. Each project brings its own requirements, stakeholders and decisions. Greenfire works with clients through preconstruction and construction, providing cost information, coordination and project communication to support those decisions.
InDevelopment offers a place to compare perspectives and build connections across the region. Greenfire’s participation reflects its involvement in Fox Valley communities and experience helping clients advance projects across sectors. Whether a project involves new housing, a mixed-use destination or upgrades to an existing building, Greenfire brings construction management experience to the conversations shaping Northeast Wisconsin.
