The second phase of Wangard Partners’ Tivoli Green Apartments is underway, marking another significant milestone for the highly successful apartment community that was Racine County’s first multi-family residential development in over 20 years. Phase II of Tivoli Green includes two-story walk-up apartment buildings and townhomes, each with private side-by-side two-car attached garages. This phase will help meet a demand for housing not previously available in the community. Located approximately three miles east of Interstate-94 in Mount Pleasant, WI, the development consists of class-A buildings, a clubhouse, pool and dog park.
