Vantage on the Park - Milwaukee, WI

Conversion of the former five-story, 159 room Park East Hotel into 96 luxury apartments. Demolition revealed unforeseen conditions requiring the team to redirect resources and financial allocation without compromising quality of work, budget or schedule. Project includes a sixth story structural steel penthouse requiring reinforcement to existing building to support the expansion. Team reworked entire floorplans to maximize efficiency of space with complete overhaul of ground floor to accommodate seven townhomes and 3,000 SF of ground floor commercial space.
