The Landing at Hub City is a market-rate, multi-family residential community in Plymouth, Wisconsin, developed by Wangard Partners and constructed by Greenfire. Located at Kiley Way and Carr Road with access to WI-57 and WI-23. The development expands housing options for residents in Plymouth and the surrounding Sheboygan County region. The project includes a multi-building residential site designed to provide a range of housing layouts within a connected neighborhood setting.

Greenfire’s role began with coordinating site development and managing construction across a multiple residential building campus. The team aligned procurement, trade partner onboarding, and construction sequencing to maintain consistent progress across several structures while coordinating site access and shared infrastructure. Greenfire also managed communication between the owner, design team, and trade partners, helping maintain alignment on schedule, logistics, and project delivery throughout construction.

The development spans 139,000 SF and includes six residential buildings and a maintenance garage. The community delivers 156 apartments in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Each building consists of two-story stacked flat townhome-style units with private entries. Units include in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens, and open living spaces, with select apartments offering garage parking and private balconies. Site improvements include a central resident access road, surface parking areas, retention ponds, and trash enclosures. Community amenities include on-site leasing and maintenance services as well as an enclosed dog park.

The Landing at Hub City contributes additional housing supply to the Plymouth market and supports continued residential growth in the area. The project reflects ongoing collaboration between Wangard Partners, Greenfire, JLA Architects, Pinnacle Engineering Group, and Spire Engineering to deliver a multi-family community that integrates housing, site infrastructure, and resident amenities within a coordinated development.
