The Chiswick at Dunwood is a new development consisting of a five-building apartment community along a high-traffic road. Greenfire was brought on early to assist with master planning for present building layout, design, and sequencing along planning and accounting for site logistics and disruption avoidance. The project began with demolition of an existing school followed by excavation of deep foundations requiring innovative solutions to subjugate the high ground water table and yield proper soil bearing for construction. The development includes new construction of four residential buildings all connected by underground parking, a clubhouse offering a variety of resident amenities, an in-ground pool, and fresh landscaping.
