Oshkosh Food Co-op - Oshkosh, WI

Ground floor build-out of the mixed-use Brio Building to house the new 10,000 SF Oshkosh Food Co-op atop the building’s podium. The Co-op is fitted with a fully-equipped commercial kitchen, including an industrial range and convection oven and substantial prep areas. The Co-op also includes multiple installments of commercial-grade freezers, cooler, and refrigerators throughout the space. The Greenfire project team involved the owner and design team to assess needs, optimize floor layout, and verify constructability. The project team also reconfigured the building program to align scope with project budget and also required to build-out the Co-op to coincide with active construction of the Brio building.
