Dream Dance Steakhouse - Milwaukee, WI

The project is a complete interior renovation of the existing steakhouse located on the 24/7 fully-operational Potawatomi Casino floor. The team reworked the existing footprint to provide a more efficient means of flow and egress and accommodate a higher volume of patrons. The existing front bar was relocated to create a larger lounge area with more seating in addition to all new high-end shelving and commercial equipment. The dining room footprint expanded to create an intimate setting with luxurious finishes, including a 14-person private dining room. Project also includes installation of all new electrical and luxurious finishes, rerouted the existing plumbing and HVAC fixtures, and construction of a 712-bottle wine portal to guide guests from the bar to dining room.
