Gateway Lofts - Kenosha, WI

Gateway Lofts consists of multiple structures on 3.5 acres of the former Gateway Technical College Campus in Kenosha. The intent of the development is to serve as a source of quality housing for student and college faculty. The project consists of new construction of (2) 6-unit and (2) 8-unit townhome-style apartments in addition to the remodeling of an existing two-story commercial building into multi-family housing. The structure of the commercial building remained largely intact while receiving new framing, MEPs, and finishes throughout to accommodate 42 units. Exterior work consists of all new windows and new entry. The project also includes the renovation of an additional commercial building on the property. The scope includes updating multiple tenant spaces to their individual design intent consisting of new MEP systems and finishes.
