Echelon is the new construction of an apartment community at Innovation Campus in Wauwatosa. The project began with selective demolition of three existing buildings re-purposing their structural footings and walls for a dog park and community garden. The remaining historic Eschweiler building was renovated and transformed into administrative services, community rooms, and resident amenities. The project also includes new construction of six additional residential buildings housing 188 units all connected by underground parking. The project also required coordination and communication with owner and the City to preserve and not disrupt a surrounding environmental habitat during construction.
