Converge at Eagleknit - Milwaukee, WI

Greenfire renovated the second floor space within the historic Eagleknit building in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Converge is a new space that focuses on technology, innovation and collaboration. The modern co-working space serves as a platform for networking and creative outlets. The floor plan offers a mix of traditional office spaces and individual offices, as well as communal lounges and break out spaces.

Greenfire’s scope included the re-finishing of the hardwood floors, finish MEPFP systems, construction of new walls, paint, drywall, millwork, lighting fixtures, interior glass partitions, doors and sound suppressing drop down ceilings panels. Modern mechanicals systems were built into new floor plan within a historic building. Greenfire also installed a shared kitchen space with a custom wrap-around counter top. Converge now offers creative working and socializing spaces to the Walker’s Point. Careful project planning mitigated disruptions to the building’s existing spaces
