Belay Apartments - Milwaukee, WI

Beláy is a new construction of a four-story, 46-unit mixed-use building situated at the crest of a steep bank along the Milwaukee River in the Riverwest neighborhood. The building is also located in a compact, urban environment which required coordination of heavy equipment to minimize risk and disruption to constant traffic and operations to surrounding tenants. On-site supervision of work includes deep foundations to accommodate underground parking, setting pre-cast concrete, laying structural steel, and constructing four stick frame residential floors. Beláy also features an 18,000 SF indoor rock-climbing gym on the ground floor of the north side of the building complete with a second-floor mezzanine that includes a workout and cardio area.
