Greenfire joined project partners and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of Pier Street Landing in downtown Port Washington.
Located at 115 E. Pier Street, the 89,000 SF mixed-use development will include 51 market-rate apartments, enclosed parking and two ground-floor commercial spaces. The four-story building will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments near downtown businesses and the Lake Michigan shoreline.
As construction managers, Greenfire is providing scheduling, budgeting and trade partner coordination throughout the project. Greenfire’s team is working with project partners to guide the development from site preparation through completion while maintaining communication, quality and accountability at each phase.
Pier Street Landing is co-developed by Pier Street Development and Hartland Shores Investment Management. Pier Street Development is a Port Washington-based commercial real estate firm founded by owner and principal Haley Dobre. The firm develops and acquires office, retail and mixed-use multi-family properties.
Additional project partners include the City of Port Washington, EUA, Kapur, and Port Washington State Bank. Their combined work moved the development through planning, financing and approvals and into construction.
Pier Street Landing continues Greenfire’s work in Port Washington. At the nearby Prairie’s Edge development, Greenfire managed construction of two Commercial Buildings, along with tenant buildouts for Lakeside Alliance Church and Portside Investment Advisors.
Port Washington continues to grow through development that responds to the needs of residents, businesses and visitors. Projects such as Pier Street Landing add housing and commercial space within the existing downtown while acting as a catalytic development. Through coordination among developers, local government, project partners and community members, the development supports Port Washington’s growth while contributing to the long-term use of its downtown.
