We are honored to serve as the Construction Manager on this development project and would like to thank Merge for selecting Greenfire as their trusted building partner. The project team includes Kevin Hansen, Lonnie Dunbar, Superintendent, and Mitchell Berti, Project Engineer.
We’re excited to continue to be working with the City of Appleton with multiple ongoing projects that include the historic redevelopment of the Zuelke Tower and the new development of Urbane115.
