Wgema Campus - Milwaukee, WI

Ongoing redevelopment of the former Concordia College campus in Milwaukee repurposed for office, event and conference spaces, a gymnasium and recreational facility, school, commercial kitchen, and community, social, and operational programmatic services and support areas for the Potawatomi tribe. The project features three buildings that attained LEED® Certification or higher, including the Tier III, LEED® Gold data center. The campus also includes site work like gated parking lots, a two-level parking structure, and redeveloped landscaping. The vision is to restore and preserve the historic nature of the property while modernizing to support an array of needs. Being an active campus, the project requires a high degree of supervision to maintain site logistics and disruption avoidance.
