Ward 4 - Milwaukee, WI

Ward 4 is a complete office renovation and subsequent build-out of the second-floor space within the Historic Pritzlaff Building. The scope required selective building demolition and extensive renovation to transform the open space into new office and conference spaces, think-tank centers, entertainment spaces, and a new kitchen and dining space. Project fit and finish consisted of full-height glazed glass entrances for all offices and conference rooms and installation of new MEPF fixtures. Restoration work included refurbishment of all existing hardwood floors and exposed heavy timber construction throughout.
