Preconstruction and construction management for the renovation within the High Pointe Building for Wangard’s headquarters. The project included modifications of the existing layout to house conference rooms, offices, a kitchen and open office space. Modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and electrical systems were completed for the renovation. New finishes were also installed throughout.
