Tivoli Green is Wangard Partners‘ new multi-phased project that delivers luxury multi-family townhomes and apartments in Racine County, the first multi-family development in the county in over 20 years. Located just 3 miles east of I-94, the development offers convenient access for commuters while maintaining a residential community feel. Phase I consisted of 13 walk-up apartment buildings, and Phase II added 9 more buildings featuring townhome-style apartment layouts.
The development consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, and features ample parking for residents, including private, side-by-side two-car garages in the Phase II townhomes. Greenfire joined the development team early to support master planning, building layout, and construction sequencing, allowing for phased turnover of each building in both phases. Phase II also included the addition of a maintenance garage to support ongoing property operations. The development now totals 458 units across 501,000 SF. Greenfire also constructed the community clubhouse and leasing office, which features an outdoor pool, grilling station, and a full kitchen for resident events. Additional amenities include an off-leash dog park, EV charging stations, and manicured landscaping. Units are designed with private balconies or patios, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and walk-in showers. Greenfire maintained close coordination with local municipalities throughout the project.
