St. Camillus East Tower Expansion - Wauwatosa, WI

In a joint venture with Gilbane, Greenfire provided on-site supervision and management of the newest phase of the St. Camillus senior living complex in Wauwatosa, WI. The East tower is two new construction towers built on podium. Among the high end amenities of the 15-story development include a state-of-the-art pool, spa and wellness center. Residents can now enjoy multiple culinary options, social and recreation areas, a chapel, art gallery and theatre. The phase of St. Camillus adds 168 luxury units, bringing the complex to 276 apartments. The project’s location on an active site that is tied into an existing tower required a high degree of on-site supervision to ensure a clean facility, risk mitigation and site safety for all residents and workers. All site logistics and operations were contained within the construction footprint. This high end addition to the St. Camillus residence bolsters this already vibrant senior living community.
