Rock & Brews | Carter - Carter, WI

Greenfire managed the construction of Rock & Brews, a rock & roll music-themed restaurant concept created by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS. Located within Potawatomi Casino | Hotel Carter, the space offers hand-crafted American cuisine, over 50 craft and classic beers on tap, and live music performances. Designed to draw guests directly from the casino gaming floor, the venue features a 360-degree full bar, sit-down dining, dynamic lighting, and rock & roll-themed decor and memorabilia. The project scope also included a dedicated live music area off the dining floor, a 1,604 SF full-service prep kitchen, and a 558 SF walk-in cooler. Bi-weekly morning team huddles kept all project stakeholders and tradespeople on the same page and on schedule. Extensive measures coordinated to mitigate sound and dust disruptions to casino and hotel operations.
