PHC Parking Structure - Milwaukee, WI

New construction for the addition of a six-story, post-tension cast-in place concrete parking structure for the downtown hotel and casino. The site is in a compact, urban environment requiring detailed preplanning and coordination of site logistics. The urban infill sits on deep foundations to offset poor soil conditions and includes construction of a below-grade cast-in place storm water retention tank. The addition connects to the existing parking structure with an entrance from the 16th Street bridge.
