National Healthcare Provider - Wauwatosa, WI

Tenant improvement at corporate campus in Wauwatosa. The new location serves as the pilot office for a national healthcare provider to introduce a new series of offices focused on innovative employee-centric elements to increase collaboration and engagement. The project includes the renovation and build-out of the third and fourth floors featuring an open environment with about 75 percent of each floor dedicated to office and employee collaboration. Features include a large, open cubicle space, enclosed offices, huddle rooms for quick and impromptu meetings, common areas for group work and large conference rooms with operable partitions. Design also incorporates a high-end kitchen and work cafe areas on each floor in addition to the remodel of existing lobby corridor bathrooms.
