Little Traverse 2nd Street Housing - Harbor Springs, MI

As Construction Manager with Seven Generations Architecture, Greenfire aided in the development of a new housing community for the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians (LTBBOI). The project includes single-story triplexes and a two-story fourplex designed for future expansion, aiming to reduce housing wait lists and provide ADA-compliant units. LTBBOI secured American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for Multi-Generational Units. Greenfire was engaged early during the program planning, layout, and design to provide preconstruction/construction services as part of the development team, as well as optimizing design efficiencies and account for future development. Greenfire also developed detailed site logistics and phasing to ensure safety and disruption avoidance to active construction.
