Legacy Lofts - Milwaukee, WI

Legacy Lofts is a two-building, mixed-use development for commercial and multi-family use. The project includes the historic renovation of the former Blommer Ice Cream Factory, originally built in 1910, and new construction of an apartment building. The project also includes 1,800 SF of street-level commercial retail space. The interior Blommer building renovation includes the refurbishment of the structural core and complete restoration of the floors, the historic stairwell and associated decorative tile. The exterior renovation includes restoration of the masonry façade along with the addition of a stairwell, entrance and access ramp. The project also includes new construction of a four-story mixed-use multifamily building directly adjacent to the historic building and construction of a new surface lot.
