Located between the Fox River Mall and Appleton International Airport, the development consists of 11 buildings, including eight 26-unit garden-style apartment buildings, a clubhouse, maintenance garage, and a free-standing parking garage. The site will also include a pool, dog park, and full site utilities.
The project remains on schedule and on budget, with active progress across multiple areas of the site. Two thirds of underground utility work was completed ahead of winter conditions, which improved site drainage during spring construction activities. The first residential building and clubhouse are tracking toward initial turnover, while the pool is now scheduled to be delivered ahead of projections.
