Greenfire, together with Potawatomi Ventures and Data Holdings, completed its fourth annual Heroes Market Drive in support of the Center for Veterans Issues (CVI). The drive continued the team’s commitment to Veterans living in the neighborhoods surrounding the Wgema Campus.
CVI provides services for more than 1,000 Veterans through two nearby facilities. The primary site at Wells and Milwaukee Street houses up to 81 male Veterans, and a second location offers space for six female Veterans and their children. The Heroes Market Pantry, opened in March 2022, supplies food, clothing, and essential items to support daily needs for Veterans and their families.
Our efforts focused on hygiene supplies for the pantry. Team participation resulted in 16 full-size bathroom baskets, three additional boxes of supplies, and a $1,500 donation to the Heroes Market. Combined support totaled $2,129 and will help CVI continue offering reliable, year-round resources to the Veterans it serves.
Greenfire’s annual drive reflects a long-standing relationship with CVI and aligns with the company’s commitment to community involvement. The team works throughout the year to support local organizations through coordinated drives, event participation, sponsorships, and volunteerism. Efforts like the Heroes Market Drive help strengthen connections across the Wgema Campus and reinforce shared goals around service, support, and community impact.
Partnering with Potawatomi Ventures and Data Holdings broadens the reach of the initiative and ensures consistent support for CVI’s programs. The combined contribution helps sustain the pantry and provides immediate benefits to Veterans accessing CVI services.
