Greenfire attended two significant Tribal events in March 2025: the State of the Tribes Reception and Address at the Wisconsin State Capitol, and the Reservation Economic Summit (RES) in Las Vegas.
Greenfire was a sponsor of the State of the Tribes Reception in Madison, held the night before the State of the Tribes Address at the Wisconsin State Capitol. As a 100%-Tribally owned construction management firm, we are deeply committed to supporting the growth and success of Tribal communities across Wisconsin.
Chairman Thomas Fowler of the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin delivered this year’s address, highlighting both the challenges and achievements of Wisconsin’s Tribal nations, as well as emphasizing the importance of economic development, self-governance, and partnerships that strengthen Tribal sovereignty. Events like these provide an essential platform for Tribal voices to be heard.
Greenfire also attended the Reservation Economic Summit (RES) in Las Vegas, hosted annually by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED). RES is the premier event for networking, education, and business development nationally within Indian Country. The event provides a national perspective on market trends, challenges, and opportunities impacting Tribal enterprises.
Attending RES alongside our parent company, Potawatomi Ventures, allowed us to connect with other Tribal entities, businesses, and fellow industry professionals who are driving economic growth.
Both the State of the Tribes Address and RES are key points of collaboration in advancing Tribal interests, and as platforms for discussions on economic development, policy, and cultural preservation. At Greenfire, we recognize that strong partnerships and shared knowledge are key to building a prosperous future for Tribal communities.
