The recent Supper Club Soirée, hosted by the Harley-Davidson Foundation’s Friends of Davidson Park, welcomed community members to one of Milwaukee’s newest public gathering spaces. Davidson Park transformed a former parking lot into a 4.8-acre park designed for year-round recreation, public events, employee wellness, and neighborhood gathering. Walking paths, public art, native landscaping, gathering spaces, and sustainable stormwater infrastructure create a destination that connects people and supports long-term community use.
Greenfire served as construction manager for the Harley-Davidson Foundation, working alongside Heatherwick Studio, and HGA serving as the local architect and engineer, to deliver the redevelopment. The project required careful coordination of complex site work, public amenities, and sustainable infrastructure while balancing schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
