Crescent is a mixed-use multifamily development in the Milwaukee County Research Park. The project incorporates a pre-cast concrete podium to accommodate lower-level parking with an outdoor community space and four stick-frame residential levels above. Project construction mandated the redevelopment of a county road requiring collaboration and coordination with Milwaukee County. The project also features the historic renovation of a 105-year-old powerhouse into an amenity building that includes a workout facility, leasing office, and restaurant space. The team restored the building to its historic significance featuring exposed brick, open trusses, and large arch top windows requiring coordination with the National Park Service for permissions and approvals on all work.
