The expansion consists of a second 195,000 SF 15-story tower addition that ties into the existing tower and podium. The compact urban infill required strong site coordination for delivery of materials, logistics, safety of all onsite and nearby personnel, and disruption avoidance to the fully-operational casino. Supervision of on-site work also included setting of precast concrete, structural steel framing and installation of advanced safety and security features with detailed project understanding to maintain a safe and productive jobsite adjacent to a 24-hour operational facility. The project sustained a challenging schedule as all milestones tied together seamlessly in order to meet tight and highly-dependent timelines.
